As the number of online betting platforms in Bangladesh continues to grow, so does the competition. But fa11 What sets us apart isn't just the variety of games — it's our commitment to our players. And nothing reflects that commitment more clearly than our VIP Program.
The fa11 VIP Program isn't a complicated points system that takes forever to figure out. It's straightforward — the more active you are, the faster you climb and the more you earn. Your journey begins at the Bronze tier from your very first deposit.
Every Monday by midnight, the previous week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings) are calculated and the corresponding cashback percentage is credited to your account. Bronze tier members receive 5%, while Diamond tier members can receive up to 25%. There are no wagering requirements — you can withdraw it straight away.
VIP tiers are reviewed at the end of each calendar month. If activity drops, your tier may be downgraded. However, Diamond members receive a 90-day grace period. To learn more, Terms & Conditions View.
From the Silver tier, reload bonus offers are available every Friday. These bonuses are fully customized for VIP members — if you're more active in cricket, you'll get more Sports Betting bonuses; if you spend more time in the casino, you'll receive more casino offers. fa11's system analyzes your playing style to generate personalized offers.
From the Gold tier onwards, you're assigned a dedicated account manager — fluent in Bengali and reachable directly on WhatsApp. Whether it's an issue, a new offer, or a bonus request, your manager is your single point of contact. No more waiting in the live chat queue.
Diamond tier members have access to a concierge service, through which they can receive invitations to exclusive events, VIP tickets to cricket or football matches, and much more. fa11 believes that its best members deserve the best experiences.
Fa11's Live Casino section features dedicated high-stakes tables exclusively for VIP members — regular members cannot join. Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger are all available at special VIP tables with significantly higher betting limits and a completely different atmosphere.
VIP members in cricket betting receive exclusive handicap options and enhanced odds that regular members don't have access to. In major tournaments like the IPL or BPL, this difference is truly significant.
Joining the fa11 VIP Program is about more than just earning bigger bonuses. It means becoming part of a community — where Bangladesh's top players enjoy the game together and cheer each other on. Join today and let your VIP journey begin.
